– Your subscription will be canceled in the following month of the request.
– Subscription refund will be provided only if canceled between the 1st and 5th date of the month.

21.REFUNDS
Refunds for Services:

– The services will be fully refunded if the services are canceled before our team starts reviewing your documents.
– We are entitled to refund fully if requested within 2 hours of your payment.
– No refund will be issued once our office starts reviewing your documents.
– Global Settlement Service is not liable for rejection of your application by IRCC; therefore, no refund will be issued in such cases.
– Refunds will not be issued once the retainer agreement is signed by the client with a licensed immigration consultant.
22.CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. To win the contest one must follow all the instructions given for the contest. The images shown on the marketing material may not be the same prize for the contest. You are required to follow to our instagram account global_settle and share it to your story by tagging 3 of your friends. Your Virgin Plus account must remain active when the contest results are announced. SIM Card must be purchased and activated through GSS website or GSS Partners. You will receive an email from noreply@globalsettlementservice.com when your SIM card is ordered, you will not be eligible for the contest or promotions if you do not receive an email from GSS.
